# NFT Staking Points

## <mark style="color:purple;">How do I accumulate staking points?</mark>&#x20;

* Each NFT receives airdrop rewards proportional to your staking points accumulated overtime
* You must stake your NFT(s) to accumulate points&#x20;
* Points "power up" your NFT's earning potential (the longer you stake the more points you will accumulate)&#x20;
* Consider points as "weights" - the more you have compared to other NFT holders, the larger your share of airdrop rewards pool
* If you ever decide to transfer or sell your NFT, the buyer inherits all your accumulated points together with the NFT. This increases the NFT's inherent rewards earning potential and value on secondary marketplaces&#x20;
